My gran passed on her stutter to my mum and uncle but not the other two kids. So 1/2 of them ended up with a stutter. My mum had four kids including me, 1/2 half a stutter. My uncle has two kids and both don’t stutter. There’s a lot of information that says it’s way more likely to pass through the mother as it does the father
