I forced it to happen - I left my home country. Spent 3 months travelling. Then just lived abroad for 7 years. The first 3 months travelling was the very first time I started stuttering on my name. Eventually, it settled and I stopped stuttering on my name as my confidence grew. Honestly, moving abroad was the best thing I've ever done. I've grown so much as a person. I would highly recommend it. It isn't always easy, but it's in that struggle that you grow
