do any of you guys have phone anxiety caused by your stutters?

do any of you guys have phone anxiety caused by your stutters? So theres occasions where i need to make a phone call and its mostly when something is important i get really anxious that I'll stutter or stammer, i have trouble with K's and C's and once i needed to call my moms job and couldn't say her name and kept saying umm umm umm trying not to stutter or stammer, ive found when i think about it more it gets worse but i dont know to deal with it have any of you had similar experiences?
