Gently and slowly say words that begin with vowels. Ex: apples say aaaaaaapples (slowly getting louder as you say the a sound) (searching "gentle onset" may help) Also breathe in deeply and begin to talk at the moment you begin to exhale. You shouldn't hesitate at all at the top of your breath it should be smoothly in and out. You can feel you throat close up slightly if you do hesitate. (Searching "full breath" may help) Combine these techniques and with lots of practice you may be able to lower your stuttering significantly. Disclaimer: these are techniques I learned in a 2 week long intense therapy class that I wish I had kept up with but I was much younger and lazy and didn't care enough at the time.
