Good noise canceling headphones can do wonders. Try to do meditation and or breathing exercises just 10 minutes every morning and evening. It takes time, but trust the process. Listen to Rinpoche in youtube for correct way to meditate. He explains in very simple words. Most western influencers get it wrong, so learn directly from this buddhist monk. Once you get the hang of this, you can train your brain to lower the stress level on command. Once you get a hang of this, then you can start exploring the medication route..... if you try to go directly to the medication route, you'll become dependent on it, which comes with long list of adverse side effets.
