You cant make someone not have children. That’s quite a slippery slope ethically. I have a stutter and i plan on being a mom someday. I refuse to let my stutter define what i do, yet alone if i have kids. If my child happens to have a stutter i can teach them how to be confident in themself and not let their stutter define who they are.
