I’m 28 years old and I’ve been studying ever since I can remember. One thing that has helped me is meditation and focus on your breathing. When you have a break, stop, take a slight breath in and start talking again. I use the meditation App called Balance and it has helped me a lot with my stuttering and the anxiety that comes along with it. Good luck to you on the new school year! Stay confident, resilient, and continue to persevere. I’ll leave you with one of my favorite quotes: “Every trial endured and weathered in the right spirit will make a soul nobler and stronger than it was before”.
