I’m posting this everywhere because if it helps even one person, it’s worth it ❤️ I’ve struggled with my speech for most of my life. I started speech therapy when I was around 10 years old and stayed in it for years, but honestly… nothing really changed. I still felt stuck, embarrassed, and behind everyone else. 😔 As a man, it felt degrading. I’d start speaking and trip over my words, repeat the same word two, three, four times, and you can feel people noticing. That’s when the anxiety would kick in and everything would spiral. 😣 I also never felt confident when I spoke. My voice didn’t sound like *me*. It sounded soft, unsure — almost like a kid. I’m 26 years old, I have a wife and two kids, and not sounding confident as a man weighs on you more than people realise. 🧠 Three months ago, out of frustration, I typed “how to improve my speech” into Google. I wasn’t expecting much. I just didn’t want to feel this way anymore. 🔍 That one search changed everything. It’s only been a few months, but for the first time in my life I feel like I’m actually moving forward — and I wouldn’t change how it happened for anything. 💡 If you’re struggling and feel like nothing has worked for you either, you’re not broken. You’re not alone. And it *can* get better. 🤍
