Your parents’ fault 100%. If one of my children did that to my child who stutters…. I would make sure they stay in the garage all night. Your sister is a brat and I bet she bullies others too.. in school etc. You need to push back. Tell her she needs to shut up. Push back harder. No one will stand up for you if you don’t. Give the same love to your sister she gives you.
