I have disclosed that I stutter in every interview. I stutter more if I try to hide it and I don't want to work with people who think it is a problem. "I have a stutter, i might pause while speaking, it doesn't affect my performance." I have it as a note on my CV for recruiters. Hasn't caused any issues getting call backs or jobs. For my current job, one of the interview questions was about overcoming adversity and I used my stutter as an example. My boss later told me the fact I spoke openly about it gave him confidence that I would be easy to work with.
