I promise you, they don’t care about your stutter nearly as much as you do. In my work I like to make light of my stutter and make jokes about it so they know it’s not something to “look down” at me for. It’s just a quirk I have and everyone is quick to note how I don’t let it destroy me, I move forward and laugh about funny or especially long stutters.
