This often happens when people have a real bad block & they’re literally trying to shake it out. Only advice I can give is what’s helped me I currently don’t have any ticks now. The second you notice a block to start just stop talking relax your shoulders & take a deep breath. It may look weird at first but soon it’ll become second nature. I hope this helps you as it’s helped me.
