It does have both text chat and video chat. There's a Broadcast button that you press whenever you want to join in the video broadcasting. There are Watchers (people text chatting only), and there are people who are broadcasting. But I thought it would be helpful to actually talk with people because it might help with the stuttering. Wouldn't it?
