I really despise those stupid introductions/ice breakers that they like to do at employee trainings. No, I don’t want to say my name or say some random fact about me that everyone’s bound to forget anyway. Stuff like that triggers my stutter, in part because I want to speak when I WANT TO. I do well when im presenting, but being called on like that just kills me.
