Well yes, but actually no. I own the ITC model and have owned it for roughly 10 years. First, Does it work? Yes, I notice significant reduction in my stutter and the effect is immediate. The technology works well. Do I wear it? Very rarely, see below What does it sound like? Well it's pretty obnoxious at times. The concept is it changes pitch and timing. So if you say the word "water" in a natural way, when you're saying the "a", the "w" is just starting. The pitch is something along the lines of Mickey Mouse or higher. So you have a slightly delayed Mickey Mouse repeating everything you say. If you thought that was bad, there is ZERO discrimination between any source of noise, so everything is a delayed Mickey. Now, I do have to say, I gave it a fair chance and I wore it for nearly 3 months daily. You DO get used to the audio changes, but as a side effect you shut everything out on that side so 1/2 of your hearing is effectively removed. I found myself asking people to repeat themselves a lot, I turned my head to my open ear during conversation. Ultimately I learned it's MUCH better to have a stutter than to speak and be deaf
