Yeah agreed it it does get better. When I interviewed for my job I was pretty bad, kinda had a hard time communicating, it def was awkward for everyone. When the classic what's you biggest weakness came up, I joking said public speaking. Everyone laughed and I got a lot more comfortable. Then they asked about the stutter. I answered all the questions at the time made it worse, but then short after, I talked about better. it was nice to actually talk about the elephant in the room. Plus I promise people really don't care if you stutter. Most just don't know what to due or say. They don't care I promise you! Congrats on the job!!
