I suggest microdosing psilocybin mushrooms. I would also recommend a higher dose mushroom experience as well. 2-2.5 grams would be plenty. You won't hallucinate, but your mind will thinking like it's never thought before. It helps a lot of people with depression. It also increases the amount of serotonin within in the brain, which is helpful for speech fluency according to the dopamine theory people have about stuttering (one I personally believe in). The first time I ever talked completely fluent so effortlessly was during a 2 gram experience. I've been microdosing over the past few months to help treat my stutter and I've seen great results. My speech has went from a "stereotypical" s-s-s-stutter, to only a block of silence prior to me being able to get the word out fluently, to now having more good fluency days than bad, and now the hardest part...gaining confidence in my speech again. Psilocybin promotes neuroplasticity in the brain, which creates new neural connections related to your speech. You begin forming more positive experiences than negative experiences, which gives you more confidence in your speech. You get over that conditioned fear of a stutter. There are studies that have been done with rats that show psilocybin promotes fear extinction. The conditioned fear we have IS stuttering, due to the continually negative past experiences we've had, and continue to create, with certain letters, words, or phrases. Mushrooms truly change that I believe. I would really like to conduct true scientific research on this someday, to validate it all. I know these mushrooms are illegal, but the changes they create are real, I can feel it. I've also just began to take magnesium supplements too. I'm not sure if you have muscle spasms or feel like the muscles in your body/mouth are ever tense or not, but magnesium is supposed to help relieve that, the way I understand it. Also helps with the nervous system too, and a bunch of other things. I'm not sure if it will directly affect speech or not, but I think it will help keep me relaxed and not get carried away in my speech. If you have any questions I'm here to help.
