When I say techniques I'm referring to all the different types of speech therapy that I've been taught. I went on something called the starfish project where they tie a belt around your chest and ask you to breathe deeply before each syllable. It's things like that. Or voluntary stammering, sliding into words etc. You could find out more on their website, I don't think I explain it very clearly. http://www.starfishproject.co.uk/
