Be yourself and muster confidence. Good women won't care about how you speak, they will care about your values. I'm a stuttering, bookish woman who has a harder time making friends but once they get to know me, I have lifelong friends. My stutter has never been a sticking point in my 20+ year relationship with my husband. My control issues are a different story, but I'm working on that. I hope you find some good advice from others!
