Do any of you say "um" or "uhh" repetitively? When I stutter when talking I usually go, "Hi my name is um, umm, um, uhh, uhh, um, gravitycloudfilms, and during this i'm usually bouncing up and down or moving some part of my body in a repetitive motion(such as my arm) to try to stop the stuttering, which only builds up more anxiety and makes it worse. Usually at this point the person may be looking at me funny like "wtf are you doing?". Does this happen to any of you?
