One thing that's really helped me deal with it emotionally is writing, since I can "talk" without any stuttering. Some people like journaling and all that but for me it's just purely writing fiction. Whether you like sci fi, fantasy, historical fiction, doesn't matter. It's gonna feel weird and awkward at first but eventually you'll get into the swing of it and be able to express yourself on the page. I'm currently 35,000 words into a cyberpunk story about AI chat bots and subscriptions running/ruining everything, inspired by my own miserable experience trying to use an Alexa with a stutter, and I've written other original fantasy stories as well as Warhammer homebrew/fanfic. No real expectation of ever publishing let alone making money from it, but just the process of being able to express everything I want to say, in the exact way I want to say it, is lovely
