I've been starting to take this approach when it comes to presentations. I used to practice my lines to the point where I had memorized every word I was going to say. This is a basic presentation technique, but I found that at the same time, I was constructing my lines to avoid certain words I would block on. I've recently come onto the "Fuck it" mentality, and am planning my lines a lot less. I end up stuttering a bit more in my presentations, but honestly, I don't really give a shit at this point.
