Horrible stutter (again) 95% cured after 6 days I can repeat this over and over again: Stop masturbating and watching porn - just look how my stutter gets completely cured. I just cannot get this. I hate the fact I always relapse. After a relapse and (or) a binge PMO my sttuter comes back in full force. I had a horrible stutter for ten years because of I never knew this. I - and nobody else understand the science behind this. I am not religious. I never thought fapping was shameful. Still I had a horrible, horrible stutter - I could not say my own name. I do not think nofap makes me a better person but somehow my stutter dies. I think it is related to dopamine pathways.
