You know, even though whoever created / scripted this scene clearly has dated views of stuttering, labelling it as purely a psychological issue, I still respect and appreciate them for attempting to tackle the subject. This concept that stuttering is caused by a lack of confidence / second guessing yourself can do more harm that good when spread in the minds of the general public, but at least they tried..
