I've been lucky, the only instances I've even made fun of is when people genuinely don't know what's going and make a joke to break the awkwardness. Usually, I have to explain to randoms that I have one, as most people can't even tell. I feel you on those self worth comments, I sometimes wonder if id be as compassionate etc to others (with their afflictions) if I didn't have my stutter affecting my outlook on life. Honestly id rather be at peace with it more than anything, but I don't know if that will ever happen. But I deal with it well enough. Thanks for your words, sir.
