You're setting yourself up for unhappiness. That's a 'you' problem. Single life isn't always sad. As an almost lifelong stutterer, I don't understand what it means to 'control' speech. It's a neurological disorder. What exactly can one control? I still stutter when I'm high off my ass. \>But am just not comfortable being in a relationship with a stutter. Most stutterers never meet another stutterer. I've only met one. It's been close to 30 years since.
