I think you have to accept your situation and know that there are a looot of people who have biigger problems than stuttering but they just accept that life is not always fair and deal with what they have , so for your stuttering try to minimize it by doing certain things that can help , but don t feel bad if you stutter a lot and remember that we all have our insecurities , what i can suggest you doing is to join clubs , you will find your hobby and you will connect with people which is way better than staying alone , for me what helped was that i started working out at the gym and that i started kickboxing and i joined as much clubs as possible even tho i didn’t want to , also meditation helped me a lot for calming my mind from anxiety and i used to sing a lot (i use smule for this). I had bad social anxiety too but when i applied this i progressed a lot alhamdolilah . I hope this will help you , good luck and stay strong 💪
