Personally, it makes me feel a bit more comfortable as I know the other person won't judge me as they're in the same position. Worked as a bike shop mechanic/sales person, and was able to sell a lady who stuttered a damn nice bike because my coworkers wouldn't talk to her. Fuck them for that, but it was still nice to talk to someone else who stutters. =)
