All I can do is Lol at this person's last line, not always that simple Like many, the phone is a dreaded nightmare. If it's a corporation, I'll ask for a non-recorded line if they have it, and that helps ease the stress. But otherwise, it's usually a "just have to bear it" situation. Frustrating to think that if you don't introduce yourself exactly as listed in this post, you're seen as a scammer!
