I don't think it would help you that much. Even if you're posting something and the majority told you you have a stutter it wouldn't change your options on the solution. From what I read from your exange with another person, it depends on your parents.. Who don't take the whole thing seriously and don't really seem to be supportive. It annoys me that underaged people from others countries like you don't have that much opportunities to get help without their parents.
