I don't stutter at all when I'm truly angry and cursing someone out. Used to work with this guy that liked to get my goat just so I'd start fluently cussing him up one side and down the other. Read somewhere that curse words don't originate from the usual speech center of the brain but from the older, reptilian part of the brain.
