Definitely. If I had to self diagnos, I'd say it's stress/anxiety because like I said it didn't appear until after my marriage problems, and shows up only in stressful situations. It seems like I subconciously get so worried about my words being taken wrong that I get bombarded with different ways to say one thing and my brain just shuts itself down. But I do understand the importance of getting checked out to rule out any possible life threatening issues as well.
