I believe it is immoral to waste someone’s time. We’re all dying and time is very finite. If my speech causes someone else’s time to be wasted, then I do not believe that is ok. If I’m going to stutter or block a lot, then I refrain from speaking. As is considerate. Unless it is someone who is very comfortable with it.
