Agree and amplify. Don't let it show that it gets to you. My go to is something like "you should see me when I get stuck on "are", I sound like a god damn pirate. Argh argh argh". Simple as that. Or you can ignore and continue the conversation either way. Their comment doesn't exist, toss it into the void. Carry on.
