I just cant spit the word out and I'm losing my minddddddddddddddddd

I just cant spit the word out and I'm losing my minddddddddddddddddd I really dont know what to do at this point. I can easily say any letter if its solo but as soon as its a word, its just not coming out, I have to say the word without the first letter (romantic would be omantic) or i have to bite my tongue 10 times and after my tongue starts to bleed I can finally say a god damn word. Or I have to move my head everywhere or sing. I cant fucking handle this. It has nothing to do with confidence and stuff because its the same whenever i am and whoever im with. Whispering is easy but when I break the whisper/talk point, IT DOESNT COME OUT
