This is not an exercise nor a strategy. It is a demonstration to show that stuttering does not start in the mouth. The exercise is to listen to the breathing of someone who is sleeping. This is what passive breathing sounds like. This is how I became fluent by teaching my brain what passive breathing actually means. My brain has learned and I no longer have to think about because it is now automatic. When I do come across a block my brain automatically stops me so I can continue my passive breathing. If you want to experience passive breathing then we should connect on WhatsApp.
