You've touched on something that I've thought about, are introverts introverted because they're just pickier about who they pal around with? Like I can spend lots of time, days even, with certain people whom I've had a connection with, if I don't think it's there, or a potential for that, I don't see the point really. Maybe my question should have been are introverts just wanting deeper connections, instead of more of them?
