Bro, you're a stammerer, that's a fact, stop punishing yourself by thinking people will like you better if you spoke properly. I understand the need to just be comprehensible when speaking even when you stammer without the blocks, long pronounciations and repetitions but we don't get that, it comes and goes, so why punish yourself overthinking it. Many people would prefer buying from someone who stutters but has a lively attitude than someone who looks like their ashamed to be there in the first place. Real talk. It's not a crime to be a stammerer, never was and never will be, here's somethings that helped me(especially mastering saying my name to people). Practice 3 things. 1. Singing songs, any song you like, sing atleast 10 new songs a day, get the lyrics correctly. 2. Practice speaking with your belly, inhale deeply and speak, talk about anything you would and mentally put yourself in places you used to stammer. 3. Call someone you normally that stutter with, call them, joke, you can even order food online, make sure before the anxiety of speaking happens you breathe a big breath out and then in, do that repeatedly 4 times before speaking over the phone then if it fails try speaking through the corner of your mouth with your teeth clenched. Lastly, anytime you speak, imagine that what you say is very important, more important than anything they have to say back, how do you do this? That feeling you have when something is yours and someone stole it or won't give it to you, it's a type of anger/possession, be possessive of your words, own it. Do these for 6 months and tell us the results, don't forget to sing songs line by line, word by word, especially the words you normally get stuck on, while you do this, go for a walk, go jogging, go to the gym, go to the cinema, pracise small convo like, askinging what the time is, if your shoes match, if your fit checks out, etc.. These build confidence, enough confidence to ignore your own stutter and live regardless of fluency and then when you're confident enough, you can talk about your hobbies online and see if people would like to join you, don't hide your stutter.
