Dude ok heres what do you. If you are going to use your cell phone, DO NOT use your hand and hold it up to your ear. Go get a pair of earbuds with a mic (like the apple earbuds) and use those. When interviewing do not sit down. Always stand up, and gesture as if you are speaking to a real person. If you're the type of person who doesn't stutter when they read things, or when they sing, try and find a "free teleprompter" website. You can put in the all the phrases you know you'll stay and read off that.
