You’re already ahead of the game by getting him k to therapy early. My son started at 3 as well and it came out of nowhere and really took us by surprise. One of the things that I’ve been trying to do is slow down my speech a little and try not to interrupt. We’ve been lucky and the therapy has worked well and he’s not having the same blocks and it’s all but disappeared for now, anyways.
