No specific event, mainly just getting older I think. Maybe you start getting a career, a wife, and that sort of stuff and now stuttering doesn't seem like that big of a deal in comparison. If someone made fun of my speech now I'd probably just give them a confused look, like are you 8? I like being an adult.
