What helps you to stutter less? I would like to know what kind of exercises help you with your stutter: reading out loud (how much?), meditation (what kind, any links or yt?), visualization, positive thinking, going to psychologist, other exercises..? And I would like to know (from 1-10) how this exercises reduced your stutter (+how severe is; in which situations you stutter)... My stutter depends mostly on how nervous I am; how well I know people; how much sleep I get; how excited I am... I did some exercises but I did not noticed change in my speak.
