Hey bro, I know it can be incredibly tough dealing with a stutter, but please don't give up hope. I've been in a similar situation myself, and I want to share what helped me overcome some of those challenges. One thing that made a significant difference for me was slowing down my speech and focusing on controlling my breathing. It might feel awkward at first, but with practice, it can become more natural. Another strategy that really worked for me was subconsciously repeating numbers (from 1 to 10) while speaking, reading, and basically doing anything that involved verbal communication. I found that this helped reduce my stutter, perhaps because it minimized subvocalization. I just wanted to share this with you because I understand how tough it can be, but I also believe in your ability to overcome this challenge. Take it one step at a time, and remember that progress comes with patience and perseverance. Sending you lots of support and encouragement!
