Wow, thanks for this. Your self-observations were helpful and I can relate to many of them. As I read the point where you say "When...my mind is racing, I get blocks and stutter", I thought to myself, "meditation! we can use it to minimize our thoughts". Nice that you've tried it out. I too need to practice it and keep at it.
