Phone interview yesterday little to no stuttering I just wanted to share this here because I'm feeling pretty good about it. Yesterday I had a phone interview for a position I honestly do not care if I get or not and it went really smooth. I notice that the lack of pressure really made a big difference in my stutter and my ability to communicate clearly. I just said what I wanted to say without fear of sounding like a fool. Normally, when I interview for a job I really want, I stutter and block quite a bit. However, I've been making it a point to apply for jobs I don't particularly want for interview practice. It really makes me realize that the perceived pressure of a specific situation is what ruins my ability to get out what I want to say.
