How old are you? do you or have you done drugs? Ask yourself these types of questions, it could just be a neurological disorder or just a normal speech. I hear people pause and pick back up often, but that isn't a stutter. Breaks in your train of thought are not uncommon, maybe you have ADD or something like that.
