Big No! Stuttering in mid-high intensity levels is a lifetime of constant efforts just to be able to speak (what people without it do without even thinking about it). Even if we provide the best of support and care along the childhood, we're giving life to a human-being that will have to face our broken society forever! Also, I believe it's really selfish to have a child just to fulfill your own desire of becoming a father/mother, without considering the risks involved in it (same as for pregnancy for 1st degree cousins) I'm not saying to be 100% against it. If it ever happen to me, I'd definitely love and care for him/her with all my heart, but if I have the chance to choose, I'd prefer to spare someone else from it.
