Emalex removed stuttering from their pipeline, the phase 2 double blind placebo controlled trial showed modest numerical improvement but the treatment effect was not as large as anticipated. The fact stuttering is no longer in their pipeline means they aren’t doing anymore trials. Maybe this will change once they get an approval for Tourette’s. Regardless you can try it off label once it does get Tourette’s approval, which is likely to be some time next year.
