Yes, the "choral reading effect" is a well-known stuttering phenomenon. We have developed an app that uses it: the app generates a text passage, then sends the text to a text-to-speech app, which generates choral speech, which we pipe into your headset. You can then recite the text (fluently!) in unison with the coral reader. But it's just a "toy" at present: it might be interesting to you to experience yourself speaking fluently, but by itself it should not provide any long-term benefit to your fluency.
