how I try to control my stutter . Well I try to control it . Sometimes my stutter is REALLY BAD like soo bad I can't even say "the ". But other times I can control it , so I can talk fluently. So first I try to think what I want to say , then I take a Deep breath , and I talk very calmly and soft . It works but its a pain too talk like I'm a yoga instructor. Hope this helps you with not stuttering frequently!
